Porter Ranch, CA (March 16, 2026) – The Vineyards at Porter Ranch will welcome Alfred Coffee to the center on March 21, 2026, bringing the beloved brand known across Los Angeles as “the neighborhood coffee shop of LA” to the Porter Ranch community.
Doors open at 7:00 a.m., and to celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 guests will be treated to a complimentary drink, mini vanilla syrup, stickers, and an Alfred mini tote. Founded in 2013 by Josh Zad, Alfred has built its name on thoughtfully crafted drinks, welcoming spaces, and a deep connection to neighborhoods across Southern California. “From the beginning, Alfred has been about more than coffee. It’s about creating places where people feel at home,” said Josh Zad, Founder and CEO of Alfred. “We’re excited to join The Vineyards at Porter Ranch and become part of the community’s daily rhythm, from morning coffee runs to midday meetings and easy weekend moments with family and friends.”
The new Porter Ranch location will feature Alfred’s full menu of espresso and matcha drinks, breakfast burritos, bagels, pastries, and seasonal specialties, all served in a design-forward space. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the café is designed to be an everyday stop, whether starting the morning, meeting friends, working remotely, or simply enjoying a well-made cup of coffee.

Alfred joins a growing lineup of dining and lifestyle experiences at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch, a vibrant community that brings together sit-down dining, specialty retailers, health and wellness offerings, and everyday essentials.
Cafe Landwer is slated to open soon, introducing its Mediterranean-inspired, all-day dining concept to the center. Sweetgreen will follow later this year, further strengthening the project’s food-and-beverage lineup with its fresh, seasonal salads and bowls.
